we serve the Church with gratitude to God, who calls us to minister to His people through holy images.

we serve the Church with gratitude to God, who calls us to minister to His people through holy images.

With extensive training in Visual Art and Art History, we have come to understand iconography as our passion, focus, and opportunity to serve the Church through liturgical art.
Over the past several years, we have continued to deepen our iconography practice through private and church commissions, church interior renovations, mural designs, fundraising efforts, iconography talks, and workshops. Our icons are now present in major Orthodox monasteries throughout the United States, including Saint Tikhon’s Monastery in Pennsylvania, Saint Anthony’s Monastery in Arizona, Holy Cross Monastery in West Virginia, and others.
Our pricing is flexible and based on the scope of work, materials, and available budget. We are honored to serve churches, missions, monasteries, bookstores, and private patrons, and we are always
Our Byzantine-style icons are written using traditional techniques, including egg tempera on wooden board, or in acrylics when appropriate.
Pricing for commissioned icons is based on the complexity of the composition, amount of gilding, icon size, type of icon, and configuration of the wooden board.
We work in several mural techniques, including natural pigments with silicate binder for a traditional, plaster-like effect, as well as high-quality acrylics for vivid color and a more accessible price point.
Murals can be written directly on church walls or completed on panels or canvas and later installed. We can also provide initial layout sketches based on interior photos and dimensions, or after a brief site visit.
When possible, we enjoy involving the parish community in simple preparatory tasks and offering iconography lectures or workshops as part of the project.

We make various sizes and configurations of wooden panels for icons, as well as icon kiots, wooden crosses, and related liturgical woodwork.
An iconostasis, or “Icon Screen,” should fit naturally into the overall composition of the church interior. We can provide sketches or vector graphics for the design of your iconostasis, either as part of a larger church mural project or as a separate service.
We provide lectures on the history and symbolism of iconography, as well as icon-writing workshops of varying length, depending on your parish or community needs.
The best model is for the parish to determine the need, identify the people who would like to participate, and then work with us to customize the event. Please contact Anya for details.
We are honored to support Orthodox missions and smaller church communities as they begin building their liturgical life and sacred spaces.
For missions, we offer lowered pricing on both original icon commissions and printed icons when larger quantities are purchased.
We are happy to discuss phased approaches, starter icon sets, feast-day icons, patron saint icons, and other options that can help a mission begin with what is most needed.
We also work with church bookstores, monastery bookstores, and parish gift shops that wish to offer icons to their communities.
Lowered pricing is available for both printed icons and original icon work when purchased in larger quantities. Bookstore discounts may apply when the order exceeds a certain dollar amount
On November 12th, 2023, Victor and Anya Gerasimchuk have received an honorable Grammation from the Bishop of Eastern America of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Irinej, for their dedicated service to church.
..."by embellishing (and facilitating the embellishment) with the blessed work of her hands the sacred iconostasis with thronal icons, adorning the walls of the Holy Temple Interior and the Dining Hall with frescoes, and all that is Holy, Honorable and pleasing unto the Lord which she he) has manifested and attested to by enriching her (his) parish community with the transfigured presence of the kingdom of heaven and advancing the entirety of our holy church by growing in Faith, Hope and Love before Christ and Humankind as a sign of recognition ..."

In the Orthodox Church the icons bear witness to the reality of God’s presence with us in the mystery of faith. The icons are not just human pictures or visual aids to contemplation and prayer. They are the witnesses of the presence of the Kingdom of God to us, and so of our own presence to the Kingdom of God in the Church. It is the Orthodox faith that icons are not only permissible, but are spiritually necessary because “the Word became flesh and dwelt among us” (Jn 1.14). Christ is truly man and, as man, truly the “icon of the invisible God” (Col 1.15; 1 Cor 11.7; 2 Cor 4.4).
